Outside our catchment?
Areas marked in orange on the map are outside our catchment area and are funded to be covered by a different Community Law Centre:
Live in Central Auckland (Avondale or further east)? Your local CLC is Auckland Community Law Centre.
Live on the North Shore (east of the motorway)? Your local CLC is Auckland Community Law Centre.
Live from Wellsford or further north? Your local community legal Centre is 155 Community Law Taitokerau.
Live anywhere else in Auckland or Aotearoa? Find your nearest Community Law Centre here.
Financial eligibility
Our services are funded to support those in our catchment who are least able to afford a lawyer.
In most cases, our service is limited to helping individuals whose household income is under the $ amount listed on this grid.
There may be some circumstances where individuals above these brackets are eligible. Please ask if you think there are circumstances that might apply to you.
Earn more than our financial eligibility?
Our criteria - updated in June 2024 - is based on those set by the Ministry of Justice for all Community Law Centres in Aotearoa. We recognise there will be many individuals not eligible for our service who struggle to access a private lawyer.
